3. conclusion of contract - you, the customer can submit the offer using the online order form integrated in our RAPX online shop... after placing those beauties of a product in the virtual shopping cart and going through the electronic ordering process by pushing a few buttons and leaving informations, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer for the gear in the shopping cart by clicking that lovely button that concludes and finalizes the ordering process... if you, the customer pays using our favorite payment method offered by PayPal that can be selected in the online ordering process, we, RAPX already declares acceptance of the customer's offer at the point in time at which the customer clicks the button to complete the ordering process... as we love to see our customers... we definitely prefer retail actions... due to pandemic and uncertain situations these are the first items that we sell online... still our retail location in Bochum is open for your personal appointed visit... you than can pick up your gear at the appointed time...

4. size/product information - okay before you push this buying button make also sure you have checked the sizeguides given for each of the products... we didn't put those guides for joke... the RAPX crew attempts to be as accurate as possible with information and images provided... still mistakes can happen and descriptions might be wrong... however RAPX does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error free... if a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused
condition...

to know your size? - please measure your favorite comparable clothing piece for reference... anyway we recommend to take the bigger size... please be sure to check also the photografic details and text information of the products... most of the photos have a top quality so you can zoom the products to check... make sure to see the rough seams and threadworks or the handmade prints as a close up... so don't tell us you have not been aware... our screenprinting is water based... our sewing is quite randomly... so please excuse variations in execution... all the gear is custom designed in limited numbers... manually screen printed... so please wash inside out... hang dry the pieces is best...

5. user account - if the customer has set up a user account in the seller's online shop before submitting his order, the order data will be archived on the seller's website and can be accessed free of charge by the customer via his password-protected user account by providing the corresponding login data... if not we simply keep the email adress to keep you informed via newsletter...

6. delivery and shipping conditions - the delivery of the ordered RAPX gear takes place on the dispatch route to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless you come along to pick it up... when processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive...

it is also possible to pick up your products at our retail location in Bochum... after processing your order we will inform you when stuff is ready for pick-up...

if the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller.

there may be also other good reasons to complain and return a product... well, please let us know!

if the purchased item is defective, the provisions of statutory liability for defects apply... sure if you receive a damaged product... if this happens make sure to document this case in the presence of the courier... the customer is asked to complain to the deliverer about delivered goods with obvious transport damage and to inform the seller of this... send in pictures and information about the damage and get in touch... we will take care immidiately... we than work with you in direct communication to find the best solution...

but please be very much sure that you really really really want the product before you place the order... we are a very small brand, you know... all cost for returns are borne by the buyer...

you need to understand that these lovely RAPX branded products are mostly unique, at least limited edition products... individually made means also there is no easy exchange into same product different size... anyway we are here to help you...

the risk of loss... all items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract... this basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you, the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
